Refund and Cancellation Policy

In accordance with South African consumer protection laws, Life Legacy is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent Refund and Cancellation process for our customers.
At Life Legacy, customer satisfaction is paramount. If you are not fully satisfied with your product /subscription, we offer a Refund and Cancellation Policy under the following conditions:
Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation
How to cancel: You can cancel your product / subscription at any time by contacting Life Legacy customer support at support@lifelegacy.co.za.
Effective date: Cancellations of your product /subscription are effective at the end of your current billing period.
Data access: You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing period after you cancel.
2. Refunds
Refund window for new customers: a full refund may be issued within the first 7 days if you are unsatisfied.
Return courier costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Third-party services are not eligible for refunds: these may include:
Merchant transaction fees
Courier fees
QR product production & hosting fees
other fees
3. Requesting a refund
Contact information: To request a refund, please contact Life Legacy customer support at support@lifelegacy.co.za.
Required information: Please include the following information in your request:
Your full name
Your email address
Your mobile
Your order number
Detailed explanation of your reason for requesting a refund
4. Processing a refund
Review period: Your refund request will be reviewed by our Life Legacy team within 10 business days and communicated to you.
Processing time: If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
5. Termination
By user: If you cancel your product / subscription, your account will not be renewed, and you will not be charged again. You will have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
By company: If Life Legacy terminates your product / subscription for a violation of our Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for a refund. You will have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
6. Changes to this policy
Updates: This Refund and Cancellation Policy may be updated from time to time. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. We will do our best to keep you updated to any changes to this policy.
7. Fees & Charger
Courier fees are non-refundable.
Merchant transaction fees are non-refundable.
